1. Create your account

Go to www.gatrevo.com/signup and sign up. You’ll receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

2. Complete onboarding

The setup wizard walks you through connecting three things:

Connect your CRM

Connect HubSpot (or choose “No CRM” to use Gatrevo’s internal contact store). Gatrevo checks your CRM before every campaign to skip existing customers and active deals.

Connect your sequencer

Connect Apollo with your API key, or choose “Send via Gmail / Outlook” to use Gatrevo’s native email sender. This is where your outreach emails will be enrolled and sent from.

Connect Slack

Click Add to Slack and authorise Gatrevo in your workspace. Reps interact with the bot via DM or @mention. Gate approvals come through here.

3. Invite your team

Go to Settings → Team and invite your reps. They’ll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

4. Run your first campaign

In Slack, DM @gatrevo:
Gatrevo will walk you through Gate 1 → Gate 2 → Gate 3 and ask for your approval at each step. Once you approve the drafts, contacts are enrolled and emails are on their way.
Your first campaign is the best way to learn how Gatrevo works. It takes about 5 minutes from request to approved drafts.
