Every campaign has up to three approval gates. Nothing sends without your explicit approval.

Approving in Slack

When a gate is ready for review, @gatrevo sends you a message in Slack with the details and two buttons: Approve and Reject.
  • Approve — moves the campaign to the next stage
  • Reject — cancels or pauses the campaign (you can restart with refined criteria)
For Gate 3 (email drafts), you’ll also see a Draft all button to approve all drafts at once without reviewing each one individually.

Approving in the dashboard

Go to Campaigns and click on any campaign with a pending status. The campaign detail page shows the current gate and what’s waiting for your review.

Giving feedback on rejection

When you reject Gate 1 (target profile), Gatrevo asks what you’d like to change. Reply in Slack with your feedback:
Gatrevo will revise the ICP and present it again for approval.

Gate 3 — Individual draft review

For email drafts, you can:
  • Read each draft before approving
  • Edit inline — make changes directly in the draft editor in the dashboard
  • Approve individually — approve one at a time
  • Draft all — approve everything in one tap
Once a draft is approved and the contact is enrolled in your sequencer, the email is scheduled. It cannot be cancelled from Gatrevo — you’d need to pause the sequence in Apollo or your native sequencer directly.

Auto-approval (advanced)

In Settings → Preferences, you can enable auto-approval for Gate 1 when the ICP confidence score exceeds a threshold you set. This is useful for high-volume teams running frequent campaigns with consistent target profiles.
