Free trial
New workspaces start on a 14-day Growth trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all Growth features. At the end of the trial, your workspace moves to the Starter plan unless you upgrade. You’ll receive a reminder email 4 days before your trial ends (day 10 of the trial).Upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade. You’ll be taken to the billing page to enter your card details. Upgrades take effect immediately.Contact limits
Each plan has a monthly contact limit — the number of contacts Gatrevo can enroll across all campaigns in a calendar month. The limit resets on the 1st of each month. When you’re approaching the limit (80%+), Gatrevo shows a warning in the dashboard and notifies you in Slack. When the limit is reached, campaigns pause with statuslimit_reached. Upgrading your plan immediately resumes them.
