Gatrevo uses your knowledge base to write better, more accurate cold emails. Connecting Notion or Google Drive lets Gatrevo pull in your product docs, case studies, battle cards, and positioning documents automatically.

Why connect a knowledge source

Without a knowledge base, Gatrevo writes generic emails. With it, every draft is grounded in your actual product positioning, real customer results, and the language your team uses — making emails far more relevant and effective.

Connecting Notion

  1. Go to Settings → Knowledge base → Add source → Notion
  2. Click Connect Notion
  3. Select the pages or databases you want to sync
  4. Click Allow access
Gatrevo syncs the selected Notion pages into your workspace knowledge base. Updates to those pages are reflected in Gatrevo on the next sync.

Connecting Google Drive

  1. Go to Settings → Knowledge base → Add source → Google Drive
  2. Click Connect Google Drive
  3. Select the files or folders you want to sync
  4. Click Allow access
Supported file types: Google Docs, PDF, DOCX, PPTX, TXT, Markdown.

Managing your knowledge base

Go to Settings → Knowledge base to:
  • View all synced documents
  • Manually trigger a re-sync
  • Set a review date (Gatrevo alerts you when docs are approaching their review date)
  • Remove documents you no longer want Gatrevo to use

Workspace KB vs personal KB

Add your best-performing case studies and product one-pagers to the knowledge base first — these have the biggest impact on draft quality.
