Sending invites

The rep receives an email with a link to create their account and join your workspace. Invite links expire after 7 days.

Role	What they can do
Admin	Full access — manage integrations, billing, knowledge base, team members, and all campaigns
Member	Run campaigns, manage their own contacts and sequences, view shared knowledge base

From Settings → Team you can:

Removing a member does not cancel any active campaigns or sequences they started. Those continue running until manually stopped.
