Onboarding walkthrough

When you first sign up, Gatrevo walks you through a setup wizard to connect your tools. You can skip any step and connect later from Settings → Integrations.

Step 1 — CRM

Gatrevo checks your CRM before every campaign to avoid emailing existing customers or contacts in active deals. HubSpot

1. In HubSpot, go to Settings → Integrations → Private Apps
2. Create a new private app with these scopes: crm.objects.contacts.read, crm.objects.contacts.write, crm.objects.notes.write
3. Copy the token (starts with pat-) and paste it into Gatrevo

No CRM Choose “No CRM — use internal contact store” to skip this step. Gatrevo will track every contact it has ever enrolled and deduplicate against that history. You can connect a CRM at any time from Settings.

Step 2 — Sequencer

This is where your outreach emails are enrolled and sent from. Apollo

1. In Apollo, go to Settings → API and copy your API key
2. Go to Settings → Email Accounts and copy your Email Account ID
3. Paste both into Gatrevo

Gmail or Outlook (no sequencer needed) Choose “Send via Gmail or Outlook” to use Gatrevo’s built-in native sender. Emails are sent directly from your real work email address for maximum deliverability. Connect your account from Settings → Integrations after setup.

Step 3 — Channel

This is where your team interacts with Gatrevo. Slack (recommended) Click Add to Slack. You’ll be taken to Slack to authorise Gatrevo in your workspace. Once approved, you’ll be redirected back to Gatrevo automatically. After connecting, reps can:

• DM @gatrevo directly
• @mention the bot in any channel
• Use /gatrevo draft <linkedin_url> to generate a cold email

Web dashboard only If you prefer not to use Slack, all campaign management is available in the Gatrevo web dashboard. You can connect Slack at any time from Settings.

Completion

Once setup is complete you’ll see a summary of what’s connected. Click Go to dashboard to start using Gatrevo.
