- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite member
- Enter the person’s email address
- Click Send invite

|---|---|
| Admin | Manage integrations, billing, knowledge base, team members, and all campaigns |
| Member | Run campaigns, manage own contacts and sequences, view shared knowledge base |
