Gatrevo’s native sender lets you skip Apollo entirely and send outreach emails directly from your real Gmail or Outlook inbox. Emails come from you — not a shared sending domain — which maximises deliverability and reply rates.
Why use the native sender
- Emails appear to come directly from your work address
- No shared sending domain — better inbox placement
- Reply detection is built in — sequences pause automatically when a prospect replies
- No Apollo subscription needed
Connecting Gmail
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Native sender
- Click Connect Gmail
- Sign in with your Google account and grant Gatrevo access
- Your Gmail account is now connected as the sending mailbox
Scopes required: gmail.send, gmail.readonly, userinfo.email
Connecting Outlook
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Native sender
- Click Connect Outlook
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and grant Gatrevo access
- Your Outlook account is now connected as the sending mailbox
Scopes required: Mail.Send, Mail.Read, offline_access, User.Read
How sending works
Once connected, when you approve a draft:
- Gatrevo schedules the email according to your send preferences (working hours, send days)
- The email is sent from your Gmail or Outlook account at the scheduled time
- Gatrevo monitors your inbox for replies and pauses the sequence if one is detected
Send preferences
Customise when Gatrevo sends emails in Settings → Preferences:
- Send hours — e.g. 9am–5pm only
- Send days — e.g. Monday–Friday only
- Timezone — your local timezone
Only one Gmail or Outlook account can be connected per rep. To switch accounts, disconnect the current one and connect the new one.
