# What is Gatrevo?

> AI-powered sales assistant that automates the repetitive 80% of outbound sales — works from Slack, your web dashboard, or both.

Gatrevo is an AI sales assistant built for modern sales teams. It handles the time-consuming parts of outbound sales — finding prospects, drafting personalised emails, managing sequences, and monitoring your pipeline — while keeping your reps in full control of every send.

## How it works

Gatrevo sits between your CRM, your email sequencer, and your team — accessible via Slack, the web dashboard, or both. When a rep wants to run a campaign, they can ask the Gatrevo bot in Slack or start one directly from the dashboard. Gatrevo does the heavy lifting — finding the right prospects, writing tailored emails grounded in your company's knowledge base — and then asks the rep to approve before anything goes out.

## The 3-gate pipeline

Every campaign goes through three human approval checkpoints before a single email is sent.

    Gatrevo shows you the ideal customer profile (ICP) it built from your request. You approve or refine it before any prospecting happens.

  <Step title="Gate 2 — Prospect list review">
    Gatrevo presents the prospect list it found. You approve which companies to target. Existing customers and active deals are automatically excluded.

  <Step title="Gate 3 — Email draft review">
    Gatrevo drafts personalised emails for each contact. You read, edit if needed, and approve. Only then do emails get enrolled in your sequencer.
