# Slack

> Connect Gatrevo to your Slack workspace.

Slack is the primary interface for Gatrevo. Reps interact with the bot, receive gate approvals, and get campaign updates all through Slack.

## Connecting Slack

1. Go to **Settings → Integrations** (or the onboarding wizard)
2. Click **Add to Slack**
3. Select your workspace and click **Allow**
4. You'll be redirected back to Gatrevo automatically

Gatrevo only needs to be connected once per workspace. All team members on that Slack workspace can then interact with the bot.

## How to use the bot

**Direct message:**
Find `@gatrevo` in your Slack sidebar and send a message:

```
Start a campaign targeting SaaS CTOs in Europe for our API monitoring tool
```

**@mention in a channel:**

```
@gatrevo what's stale in my pipeline?
```

**Slash command:**

```
/gatrevo draft https://linkedin.com/in/janedoe
```

Generates a cold email from a LinkedIn profile URL.

## What the bot does

* Delivers Gate 1, 2, and 3 approval requests with Approve/Reject buttons
* Sends morning pipeline digests to reps
* Notifies you of replies, bounces, and campaign completions
* Responds to natural language requests ("draft all", "pipeline update", "start a campaign")

## Disconnecting Slack

Go to **Settings → Integrations → Slack** and click **Disconnect**. The bot will stop responding to your workspace. Your campaigns and data are not affected.

<Note>
  Gatrevo works on Slack's free plan. No paid Slack subscription is required.
