# Invite your team

> Add reps and admins to your Gatrevo workspace.

## Sending invites

1. Go to **Settings → Team**
2. Click **Invite member**
3. Enter the rep's email address
4. Click **Send invite**

The rep receives an email with a link to create their account and join your workspace. Invite links expire after 7 days.

## Roles

| Role       | What they can do                                                                            |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin**  | Full access — manage integrations, billing, knowledge base, team members, and all campaigns |
| **Member** | Run campaigns, manage their own contacts and sequences, view shared knowledge base          |

## Managing your team

From **Settings → Team** you can:

* See all active members and pending invites
* Resend invite emails
* Remove members from the workspace

<Note>
  Removing a member does not cancel any active campaigns or sequences they started. Those continue running until manually stopped.
