# Team management

> Invite and manage team members in your Gatrevo workspace.

## Inviting members

1. Go to **Settings → Team**
2. Click **Invite member**
3. Enter the person's email address
4. Click **Send invite**

They'll receive an email with a link to create their account. Invite links expire after 7 days. You can resend from the Team page.

## Roles

| Role       | Permissions                                                                   |
| ---------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin**  | Manage integrations, billing, knowledge base, team members, and all campaigns |
| **Member** | Run campaigns, manage own contacts and sequences, view shared knowledge base  |

## Removing a member

Go to **Settings → Team** → click the menu next to the member → **Remove**. Their account is deactivated and they lose access immediately. Their campaigns and sequences continue running.

## Pending invites

Invites that haven't been accepted yet appear in the **Pending** section of the Team page. You can resend or cancel them from there.
